Consists of two halls: an inner hall and an outer hall. The inner hall is located at the center of the village, built around the late Ming and early Qing period. It has three sections from front to back, including a brick-carved gate tower, front hall, middle hall, and rear hall, with no side rooms. Among them, the middle hall features relatively refined beam structures, and the brick-carved beams on the gable sides are distinctive. The outer hall is located at the village entrance and was built slightly later than the inner hall. It also has three sections from front to back, including an entrance hall, middle hall, rear hall, and side rooms on both sides. In front of the entrance hall is a triple-eaved wooden gate tower, which is characteristic of the Jiangshan area. Each side features a three-bay wooden porch. To the north of the entrance hall is a stage. Its side rooms have hipped-gable roofs with flat eaves—a unique feature among Qing Dynasty buildings in Jiangshan, possessing notable cultural relics value. The main hall has three bays, a depth of eleven rafters, and features exquisitely carved and painted beams.

In addition to the wooden structures, there is an ancient well outside each ancestral hall. The above-mentioned relics are currently well preserved.

On March 16, 2005, it was listed as a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit; in May 2013, it was included in the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
