The Jiang Clan Ancestral Hall in Xintangbian is located in Xintangbian Town, Jiangshan City, Quzhou, Zhejiang Province.

Xintangbian Town originally had three ancestral halls of the Jiang family, referred to as the “Upper Ancestral Hall,” “Middle Ancestral Hall,” and “Lower Ancestral Hall.” The surviving ancestral hall is the Middle Ancestral Hall. The Xintangbian Jiang Clan Ancestral Hall serves as a precious physical artifact for researching the architecture of ancestral halls and the transformation of folk customs in Jiangshan City during the mid-to-late Qing Dynasty, and it holds significant historical research value. It was designated as part of the sixth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites on January 7, 2011.

Xintangbian Town: Located southwest of Jiangshan City, Xintangbian Town is 26 kilometers from the city center, with Provincial Highway Yu (Tou)–Ba (Badu, Yushan County, Jiangxi Province) passing through. The town covers an area of 47.8 square kilometers, comprising 28 administrative villages, 164 natural villages, and 235 villager groups. By the end of 2004, it had 9,051 households, a population of 31,635, cultivated land area of 16,152.5 mu, a gross domestic product of 191.6 million yuan, and industrial output value of 400.4 million yuan.
