Located in Weijiatang Village, Zhangqiao, Xinzhuang Town, it was built during the Qing Dynasty's Xianfeng era by local resident Wei Zhaoji. The estate faces south with a hard mountain-style roof and is constructed of brick and wood. The original structure had two axial layouts, each with five sections, but currently, the western axis retains four sections: the front hall, main hall, second hall, and rear building, in sequence. The eastern axis preserves the main hall and rear building. The estate covers a construction area of 1073.69 square meters. The main hall has a total width of five bays, spanning 17.8 meters, with a depth of 10.2 meters, an eave height of 2.8 meters, and uses moon beams in its wooden structure. It features a front-turned veranda and bluestone column bases. It was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Changshu City in November 1982.
