Jurong City Jiulong Mountain Villa is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Jurong City Jiulong Mountain Villa (formerly known as Jurong City Shengmiao Farm) was established in 2004, covering nearly 1,000 acres with a total investment of 80 million yuan. It is an agricultural leisure and eco-tourism park integrating dining, accommodation, conferences, fruit picking, and hands-on farming activities. Located at the foot of Mount Mao, a national AAAA-level scenic area, it can be reached via four expressways: Ninghang, Shanghai-Nanjing, Yanjiang, and Yangli. It is only a half-hour drive from Nanjing. Mount Mao has long been known as the Eighth Grotto-Heaven and the First Blessed Land, attracting over 800,000 visitors annually. The villa is situated close to this blessed mountain and capitalizes on rural tourism by actively collaborating with major tour groups. With its green, ecological, fresh, and rustic natural style, it has won the favor of visitors from surrounding metropolitan areas. It now receives 200,000 visitors annually, boosts local farmers’ participation in operations, promotes common prosperity, and achieves excellent social and economic benefits.

The villa is divided into three main areas: 1. Planting Area, 2. Leisure and Sightseeing Area, and 3. Holiday Area. The Planting Area features a high-end DaBo tea plantation of 150 acres, producing nearly 1,000 pounds of premium tea annually, which meets the villa’s own needs. During the tea-picking season, visitors can also join in the experience of being “tea farmers.” Free-range chickens are raised among the tea bushes, which not only improves soil quality but also saves on fertilizer and pest control, truly achieving ecological cycling. The villa’s tea garden chickens are highly praised by visitors. Within the villa grounds, there is also a 70-acre fishing pond, a 3,000-meter grape sightseeing corridor, a 50-acre peach orchard, a 300-acre grape vineyard, a 30-acre lotus pond, and 200 acres of landscaping plants. The greening rate exceeds 90%, with plants adding both value and aesthetic appeal.

The Leisure and Sightseeing Area covers 150 acres, with a construction area of nearly 10,000 square meters. It includes two large parking lots, offers 800 dining seats in various styles, 120 beds, six meeting rooms of different sizes, and one professional theater (accommodating 330 spectators), presenting joyful performances for visitors. The villa also offers leisure activities such as tea ceremonies, team-building exercises, fruit picking, fishing, health treatments, barbecues, and tennis—ensuring there's something for everyone.
