The Memorial to the Victory of the War of Resistance in Southern Jiangsu is a Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Relic Protection Unit.

The Memorial to the Victory of the War of Resistance in Southern Jiangsu is located at the foot of Maoshan Mountain in Hongmiao Village, Maoshan Management Committee Street, Jurong City. It is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in Zhenjiang. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the New Fourth Army, led by Chen Yi and Su Yu, established a revolutionary base in southern Jiangsu with Maoshan as its center, effectively combating the aggression of the Japanese imperialists. As a result, many revolutionary martyrs are buried here, including a young bugler. There is now a peculiar phenomenon where setting off firecrackers at the base of the monument causes the sound of a bugle to echo from the top. This monument bears an inscription by Zhang Aiping, former Minister of National Defense. The memorial stands tall and majestic, with clear and striking inscriptions, and the surrounding area is clean and well-maintained.

In December 2011, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government designated it as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units.
