Xuzhou Moon Bay Ecological Park is located near Huyao Village, Hanwang Town, Tongshan District, in the western part of Xuzhou City, about 12 km from the city center, 7 km from Yunlong Lake, and 2 km from Bajian Spring, offering convenient transportation. The site is nestled against mountains and beside water, with the Yudai River winding around the front of the hills and splitting into streams, forming a crescent shape—hence the name Moon Bay. To the east lies a ten-kilometer grape corridor, while the north is covered with fruit tree forests, boasting high air quality. The existing agricultural and geographical conditions provide a suitable foundation for developing agricultural industrialization and tourism resort projects.

The project covers a construction land area of 1,000 mu, including four main sections: leisure vacation, agricultural tourism, agricultural industrialization, and a core business district. Additionally, there is a market-oriented supporting agricultural and forestry land area of 5,000 mu (without changing the land use nature).

It is 9.6 km from the city center, facing the Yunlong Lake Scenic Area across the distance, and adjacent to Bajian Spring. The restaurant is situated in the central area of Moon Bay Ecological Park, neighboring the yew base, tropical fruit garden, and Moon Bay Wine Castle. Entering the park along the shaded metasequoia-lined path, the main building surrounded by Bajian Spring water resembles a transparent crystal Rubik’s Cube. Moon Bay Eco Farmhouse is positioned as the highest-end ecological landscape restaurant in the Xuzhou area. Its main structure features dark gray light steel with transparent glass curtain walls, and the interior design incorporates both Chinese and Western fashion elements—there are elegant Chinese-style corridors with winding waterside pavilions as well as stylish European-style halls. Around the central reflection pool of the farmhouse, there are nine VIP rooms: Yew Hall, Cherry Blossom Hall, Purple Bamboo Hall, Moon Hall, Magnolia Hall, KTV, Cigar Bar, Red Wine Bar, and Orchid Hall. The farmhouse operates under the philosophy of "ecology, green, environmental protection, and nutrition." Most of the fruits, vegetables, melons, and greens are sourced from the organic planting area of Moon Bay’s ecological orchard and vegetable garden. No pesticides, chemical fertilizers, hormones, or additives are used, keeping the produce free from pollution and in its natural state. The poultry, livestock, fish, and shrimp used are mostly free-range or wild, including free-range local chickens, pigs, goats, and snakes from the mountain forests, as well as wild fish, river shrimp, frogs, and wild eels from the Yudai River.
