The Site of the Qi-Lu Alliance is a cultural relic protection unit of Lianyungang City.

It is located at the southern foothills of Jiashan Mountain in the northwest of Ganyu District, Lianyungang City, bordering Shandong Province. At an elevation of 320 meters, there is "Zigong Mountain" to the northwest, which features the "Zigong Book-Drying Terrace." According to the "Spring and Autumn Annals," "(In the tenth summer of Duke Ding of Lu's reign), the Duke met with the Marquis of Qi at Jiagu," and the "Zuo Zhuan" states "The Duke met with the Marquis of Qi at Zhqi. Actually, it was Jiagu. Confucius served as the master of ceremonies." Local historical records confirm that this is the site where Confucius presided over the meeting between the Duke of Lu and the Marquis of Qi. During the Ming Dynasty, Pei Tianyou, the Chief Minister of the Grand Court of Revision, once visited this mountain. He wrote the verse: "Emerald hues lie west near Zhqi City, where Qi and Lu once forged their alliance." In the Ming Dynasty, commemorative structures such as the "Sage Hall," "Sacred Temple," "Sanctified Pavilion," and "Kui Star Tower" were built here. Today, only the foundation of the Sage Hall remains, while the others have collapsed and no longer exist. There is also a stele erected in the 14th year of the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty (1576), inscribed with "The Place Where Confucius Presided Over the Alliance Between the Duke of Lu and the Marquis of Qi," which remains intact. The "Confucius Family Discourses" state: "Duke Ding and the Marquis of Qi held a meeting at Jiagu, with Confucius assuming the role of master of ceremonies." This was an important event in the history of Qi-Lu relations during the Spring and Autumn Period. The preservation of this site holds significant value for the study of Confucius and the pre-Qin history.

It was designated as part of the second batch of cultural relic protection units of Lianyungang City in 1993.

100 meters east and west of the stele, 10 meters north of the ancestral hall, and up to the edge of the road to the south.
