Attraction Introduction

Located by the ancient canal in Changzhou, Canal No. 5 Creative Block was repurposed from the former Changzhou No. 5 Textile Factory. The old factory buildings offer great photo opportunities for artsy visitors. The block includes exhibition spaces for creative works, boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants, while bars come alive in the evening, making it livelier than during the day.

Canal Wharf No. 5, situated along the canal, serves as the starting and ending point for the ancient canal boat cruises in Changzhou. From June to October, night cruises on the ancient canal are also available, which require an additional fee.

The Canal No. 5 Youth Hostel, located in Building 22 of the block, can be described as a boutique-style hostel. It features brand-new and clean facilities, including a self-service laundry room equipped with drum washing machines and dryers. It offers affordable prices and is a great accommodation option.
