Liyang Phoenix Park

Liyang Phoenix Park is located in the northwest of the city. In the park stands a large relief sculpture that vividly depicts the touching story of Shi Zhennu, a virtuous woman from Liyang, who selflessly rescued Wu Zixu, and how Wu Zixu later returned from his campaign against the State of Chu and cast gold into the river as a token of gratitude.
