Tianmu Lake Yushui Hot Springs
Attraction Introduction
Highlights
1. Adjacent to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, the spring water is natural, allowing you to enjoy the bamboo forest and mountain scenery while soaking in an outdoor hot spring.
2. In addition to mineral-rich natural pools, there are also infused wellness pools, private couple pools, and dynamic massage pools.
Tianmu Lake Yushui Hot Springs is adjacent to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, featuring naturally mineral-rich spring water. It is divided into five zones—Infused Zone, Dynamic Zone, Couple Zone, Specialty Zone, and Natural Zone—with a total of 52 open-air pools. While soaking outdoors, you can enjoy the beautiful bamboo forest and mountain scenery and breathe fresh air. Soaking under the starry night sky is a special experience, and even more atmospheric when it's snowing.
When purchasing tickets, you’ll receive a wristband that displays your locker number. It serves as the electronic key to your locker and also functions as a tracker for additional expenses, so keep it safe. Go to the changing room (the same room where you store your belongings), change into your swimsuit, take a shower, then pick up a towel. Walk past the indoor pool area, and you can proceed to the open-air hot springs. The temperature of each pool is displayed nearby. It’s recommended to start with lower temperatures and then move to hotter ones. Avoid staying in each pool for more than 10 minutes at a time. You can hang your towel on the nearby rack and wrap it around yourself when exiting the pool to stay warm.
The Infused Zone includes wellness pools such as Rose Pool, Angelica Pool, and Ginseng Pool, all with descriptive signs so you can choose based on your preferences. Nearby, there is also a Fish Therapy Pool, which is charged separately at 15 RMB per person. The Dynamic Zone features multiple pools with jets of spring water, allowing you to enjoy a hydro-massage while sitting or lying down. The Couple Zone includes pools such as Yumei Pool, Mandarin Duck Pool, and Tongxin Pool, some surrounded by bamboo forests and others tucked behind rocks, offering a degree of privacy. The Natural Pools are closer to the woods, providing an incredibly relaxing experience.
You can also try the Specialty Zone’s Mineral Sand Bath and Sea Salt Bath. The Mineral Sand Bath involves lying on heated sand while wearing a disposable special garment, with the sand covering your body. It helps relieve fatigue and improve circulation. It’s recommended to close your eyes and relax during the session. After the appropriate duration, staff will notify you to rinse off in the shower. The Mineral Sand Bath is charged separately at 25 RMB per person and may require waiting during peak times. Next to the Mineral Sand Bath is a Stone Bed Room, where you can lie on warm stone slabs to relax.
Additionally, Yushui Hot Springs offers Aromatherapy Spa services, with specific prices available on-site. There are also food and beverage stalls selling barbecue, ice cream, drinks, etc. The prices are slightly higher but reasonable, and payments are made using your wristband. After your soak, you can go to the second floor of the main building to collect a fruit and drink, find a lounge chair, and relax while watching TV. Don’t forget to return your wristband and check out when leaving Yushui Hot Springs.
If you have time, consider staying overnight near the hot springs. The next day, you can continue exploring attractions like Nanshan Bamboo Sea. There are various hotels and inns nearby at different price points—check details at
