The former residence of Tang Runzhi is located at No. 76 Qianbeian, Tianning District. Tang Shishu (1831–1902), styled Runzhi, also known as Zhonglin and in his later years as Xiushou, was a student of the Imperial College. The former residence of Tang Runzhi is located at No. 76 Qianbeian, Tianning District. Tang Shishu (1831–1902), styled Runzhi, also known as Zhonglin and in his later years as Xiushou, was a student of the Imperial College. He was a representative figure of the boneless flower painting style within the Changzhou painting school during the late Qing Dynasty. On March 25, 2018, the Changzhou Municipal People’s Government announced the former residence of Tang Runzhi as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection sites in Changzhou.
