Huaxia Tourism & Culture Zone

Introduction: Located in the southeastern part of Pudong, the Huaxia Tourism & Culture Zone is the only area in Pudong specifically designated for cultural and tourism functions. Adjacent to Pudong International Airport, the zone is divided into eastern and western sections: the western part is a cultural residential area, where attractions such as Huaxia Cultural Park, Wu Changshuo Memorial Hall, Pudong Celebrity Museum, New World Club, Huaxia Bowling Alley, and Huatian Entertainment Center have been completed. The eastern part is the Sanjia Port Coastal Tourism Area. A high-end coastal villa community and Links Golf & Country Club have been developed here. Sanjia Port features the Sanjia Port Beach and the 500-acre Tropical Sea Palace, with a total investment exceeding 1 billion RMB. It is a large-scale, fully enclosed artificial tropical marine amusement attraction. Transportation: Buses heading to Chuansha depart from various locations in downtown Shanghai including the north and south squares of Shanghai Railway Station, People’s Square (Jinling West Road), Xujiahui (Shanghai Stadium), Laoshimen, Lu Xun Park (Wujiaochang), as well as in Pudong from Gaoqiao (Sanchagang), Gaohang, Qingningsi, Xiepulu, Lujiazui, Dongchang Road, Yangjiadu (Yaohan), Tangqiao, Nanmatou, Zhoujiadu, Sanlintang, Century Park (Yanggao South Road Metro Station), Longyang Road Metro Station, and Zhangjiang High-Tech Station. Tourist Bus Line 3 from the Shanghai Stadium Tourist Distribution Center runs to Chuansha from 7:00 to 17:30, with a bus every 30 minutes. Self-driving route: City center – Nanpu Bridge – Longyang Road – Longdong Avenue – Zhangjiang Road – Huaxia East Road – Chuansha Road – Xinchuan Road.
