The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel is situated in Shanghai’s prime location. The Puxi entrance is on the north side of Chen Yi Square on the Bund, and the Pudong entrance is on the south side of the Shanghai International Convention Center, adjacent to the Oriental Pearl Tower. The tunnel is 646.7 meters long, and its inner walls feature a constantly shifting display of surreal colors created by advanced technology—yellow starfish, pink flowers, various geometric patterns, and a host of vibrant forms of life on Earth that pulse with energy and spark the imagination. The passenger transport system that takes you through this dreamlike journey is the driverless, eco-friendly SK capsule imported from France. The silver-white, fully transparent capsules offer wide views, and the tunnel’s six-channel high-fidelity sound system plays music and audio effects that synchronize with the changing scenery, creating an immersive and breathtaking experience.
