The Securities Building is located at the Pudong exit of the Yan'an East Road Tunnel and is the site of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. With its triumphal arch-style architectural features, it is one of the iconic buildings in the Lujiazui Central Business District of Pudong. The building stands 109 meters tall, with 27 floors above ground and 3 underground, covering a total floor area of approximately 100,000 square meters. Floors 2 to 9 are home to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, featuring a 3,600-square-meter column-free trading hall that can accommodate 1,810 trading positions. Floors 10 and above consist of high-end intelligent office spaces. It is an intelligent building that integrates architectural aesthetics with modern science. The entire building is managed using advanced modern technology, providing a high level of security and a state-of-the-art office environment.
