Known as the "Kingdom of Oil," Saudi Arabia participated in the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai (commonly referred to as Expo 2010 Shanghai), but instead of building an oil pavilion, it constructed a "Silk Road Treasure Ship." Boarding this ship allows you to look back and witness the flourishing scene of the ancient "Maritime Silk Road" between China and the Arab world over 1,000 years ago; looking ahead, you’ll see date palms symbolizing the exchanges and cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia, as well as the integration and coexistence of Chinese and Arab civilizations—lush, vibrant, and full of life.
