Zhaoqiao Village: Zhaoqiao Village is located at the western end of Datuan Town, bordered by Chezhan Village to the east (with Dongheng Port as the boundary), Xuanqiao Town’s Luqiao Village to the west (with Xiheng Port as the boundary), Guoyuan Village to the south (with Erzao Port as the boundary), and Fulan Village of Xiatang Village to the north (with Sanxuan Highway as the boundary). Before the land reform, a landlord surnamed Zhao purchased a large amount of land, but the plots were scattered on both sides of the Erzao Port, making farming very inconvenient. Initially, boats were used for transport, but due to the vastness of the land and the inconvenience of back-and-forth travel, the landlord surnamed Zhao built a stone bridge over the Erzao Port. Since he built it personally, it was named Zhao Bridge, and the village subsequently took its name, changing from Zhaoqiao Brigade to Zhaoqiao Village...
