Former Residence of Feng Zikai

The former residence of Feng Zikai is located at "Changle?" on the corner of South Shaanxi Road and Xinle Road. This area was once a well-known residential community of Western-style houses in Shanghai. His former home, the "Sun and Moon Tower," is a three-story Spanish-style building within the community, featuring a small garden in front that exudes an artistic ambiance.

Around 2008, descendants of Feng Zikai, under the coordination of municipal authorities, restored the residence to its original appearance. Since 2010, it has exhibited Feng Zikai’s life story, paintings, literature, art, translations, calligraphy, as well as representative reproductions of his cartoons and calligraphy. It also displays various books he published during the Republican era.
