Shanghai Lavender Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Shanghai Lavender Park is located in the core area of the Shanghai International Tourism Resort and is divided into two sections: the North Park and the South Park.

The North Park covers an area of 700,000 square meters, forming an ecological water network park. It features a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities, including observational, interactive, and commercial types, fully meeting the recreational needs of all types of visitors and providing diverse options and experiences for resort tourists.

Currently, the North Park includes numerous recreational facilities such as a cherry blossom forest, children’s playground, cycling hub, kayaking area, neighborhood campsite, barbecue zone, Yuecheng Cultural and Sports Center, and the Shanghai International Music Village.

The South Park covers an area of 300,000 square meters and is characterized by romantic theme flowers such as lavender, the symbol of endless romance, and roses, known as the language of love. The 150,000-square-meter South Park has 130 acres planted with lavender. Through a rich variety of parent-child activities, it offers distinctive themed events such as Flower Sea Strolls, Enjoying Health, I Love Sports, Cultural Heritage, Maker Incubation, and Made in China. These cater to the multi-level needs of families with children. The park also features a large lawn suitable for weddings. The park’s landmark and main entrance view is the colorful meadow, along with the crabapple flower corridor that winds through like a green ribbon and offers a starry night scene reminiscent of the Milky Way. To the south of the park lies the European-style Herb Street, offering specialty floral-themed dining, and the Herb Market, where various plants and their derivative products are traded, providing visitors with an integrated travel, dining, and shopping resort experience.

Combining the beauty of lavender fields, large lawns, and rose gardens, the South Park hosts an annual Lavender Festival Parent-Child Carnival, which is especially perfect for family fun.
