Sun Xuchu’s Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinshan District.

Sun Xuchu’s Residence is located at the intersection of Dongfeng Street and Cangqiao Street in Xinhuai Residential Committee, Zhujing Town. Built in the 1920s and 1930s, it features a Sino-Western architectural style. The building faces south with its back to the north, adjacent to Zhujing City River to the north. It is a three-story reinforced concrete structure with nine rooms in total, measuring 15.26 meters in length from north to south and 12.15 meters in width from east to west, covering a floor area of 185 square meters. It was renovated between 2012 and 2013 with funding from the People's Government of Jinshan District. On February 8, 2007, it was designated as a Jinshan District-level cultural relic protection unit.
