The Puppet Manchukuo Military Ministry

The Puppet Manchukuo Military Ministry is a cultural relic protection unit of Jilin Province.

The former site is located at No. 1 Xinmin Street and currently houses the First Clinical Medical College of the Norman Bethune Health Science Center of Jilin University. The building was constructed in 1935. The overall structure has an octagonal layout, featuring a reinforced concrete frame. The lobby is supported by four square pillars, and its interior walls are adorned with ochre-colored natural marble. The canopy platform is equipped with granite railings. The exterior is finished with dark brown ceramic tiles, while the roof and wooden eaves are decorated with green glazed tiles. The main structure features a traditional Chinese architectural style at the top, along with some relief decorations. Originally a four-story building, an additional floor was added in 1970. It covers a land area of 53,850 square meters and has a construction area of 47,802 square meters, including attached facilities such as a garage and boiler room. It is now a municipal-level key cultural relic protection unit.
