Xinli Lake National Water Conservancy Scenic Area was built around the Xinlicheng Reservoir in Jilin Province. It is located in the southeastern part of Changchun City, Jilin Province, about 16 km from downtown. With a drainage area of 1,970 km² and a total storage capacity of 592 million m³, its 3,000 hectares of water conservation forest form a dense green barrier for Changchun.

Boasting unique natural resources, distinctive geographical advantages, and a development philosophy centered on “protecting ecology and enjoying greenery,” Xinli Lake has become the first national water conservancy scenic area in Jilin Province and a renowned tourist destination.
