The Puppet Manchukuo Ministry of Civil Affairs is a cultural relic protection unit of Jilin Province.

Puppet Manchukuo Ministry of Civil Affairs

The former site is located at No. 77 Renmin Avenue. It now serves as the Provincial Petrochemical Design Institute. The building was built in 1937. The overall layout is F-shaped, with a reinforced concrete structure. The main building has two floors above ground and one underground, with the main entrance facing east. Six pillars on a five-tiered platform support the projecting eaves, and a mezzanine is situated between the eaves and the four-sloped roof. Behind the middle four pillars and above the doorway, there is a half-pitched eave as decoration. The second floor is entirely fitted with arched windows, and there are double-column reliefs between the first and second-floor windows. It is now a municipal-level key cultural relics protection unit.
