The Yufeng Reservoir Tomb Cluster is located in Liangmin Village, approximately 50 kilometers northeast of downtown Ji’an City. The tombs are distributed along the right bank of the Yalu River, spanning about 3 kilometers. In 1958, the construction of the Yufeng Hydropower Station submerged these tombs underwater. In the spring of 2006, during maintenance work on the Yufeng Dam, parts of the tomb cluster emerged from the water. A preliminary survey identified 1,008 tombs (note: the number of tombs still underwater remains unknown).
