The Site of the Command Post of the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces at Zhujialu is a classic red tourism attraction.

The Site of the Command Post of the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces at Zhujialu is located to the north of Fuxing Village, Yulin Town, Ji’an City. Zhujialu was the former name of a large courtyard to the north of Fuxing Village in Yulin Town, and is now the residence of Li Wei, a local villager. Due to the passage of time, the five thatched houses where the headquarters of the Northeast People’s Revolutionary Army were once stationed have collapsed. Two new houses were later built on the original site, and the current building was constructed in 1999.

Fuxing Village was originally called Lianghuangdi and is located 4.5 kilometers south of Yulin Town. To the southeast of the village lies an open area, and 400 meters east of the village, at the foot of a hillside, runs a road leading through Laoling to Shuangcha Village in Taishang Town. Fuxing Village controls this key transportation route between the southern and northern sides of the mountain range. Between October 1935 and April 1936, General Yang Jingyu led his troops to stay in Fuxing Village twice, with the command post set up at Zhujialu.

At the time, the Zhujialu courtyard had a total of five houses—three large rooms and two small ones. General Yang Jingyu stayed in the three larger rooms. According to historical records, in April 1936, General Yang Jingyu led the First Army of the Northeast People’s Revolutionary Army (which was renamed the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces in June 1936) to annihilate the main forces of the puppet Dongbian Road Pacification Commander Shao Benliang in Dadonggou, Saima ji, east of Benxi. The Japanese invaders were furious and deployed heavy troops to seek a decisive battle with the First Army. Taking advantage of the enemy’s eagerness for retaliation, General Yang Jingyu ordered the Second Division to swiftly advance toward Changbai Mountain to draw the enemy’s attention. Meanwhile, he commanded Song Tieyan, director of the political department of the First Army, and Cheng Bin (who later defected), commander of the First Division, to lead the First Division troops in a westward push from the south. General Yang Jingyu himself led the main force of the army headquarters back to Jilin (now Ji’an) and Kuandian in Liaoning to carry out guerrilla activities, covering the First Division’s western expedition. Zhujialu served as the command post when General Yang Jingyu returned to Jilin (now Ji’an) with his troops.
