From Songtao Pavilion, the entire modern urban landscape of Baishan City unfolds before your eyes. The pavilions nestled deep within the woods are thoughtfully designed, naturally integrated, and exude an elegant charm, perfectly complementing the surrounding mountain contours and tree canopies for a truly immersive experience. The park also offers a variety of tourist services, including a zoo, fishing pond, and tourism dining and shopping services. At the heart of the park stands the “Four Defenses of Linjiang Monument,” built through fundraising efforts by the Baishan Municipal Government and local citizens to commemorate the victory of the Four Defenses of Linjiang Campaign.

The overall design of the “Four Defenses of Linjiang Monument” features a tower composed of flag-like structures symbolizing four red flags, clad in red marble to signify that revolutionary achievements were attained through the blood of martyrs. Each flag represents a victory in the defense of Linjiang. The crowning touch of the flag tower is the seven glistening golden characters spelling out “Four Defenses of Linjiang Monument,” written in a bold and graceful hand that reflects the indomitable spirit of the older generation of revolutionaries, as well as their hope and trust that the people of the old revolutionary base areas will carry forward and uphold their legacy. The flag tower is surrounded by a platform with stone steps, symbolizing the hard-won nature of the revolution, while the surrounding lush pines and cypresses represent the everlasting youth and living memory of the revolutionary martyrs.
