Located on a flat ridge 1.5 kilometers northwest of the Yilianban Ginseng Farm in Jinhua Township, Changbai Korean Autonomous County. It was announced as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit by the People's Government of Jilin Province on February 26, 1999. The enclosing wall is square-shaped, with each side measuring 207 meters and a wall thickness of about 3 meters. It was mainly built with rammed earth, with some parts constructed from a mixture of earth and stone. Each corner of the wall has a watchtower, which are made of adobe and wood. There is one gate each in the middle of the northern and southern walls, each 6 meters wide. Outside the wall is a moat approximately 1 meter deep and 2 meters wide. A well, supplying water for people and livestock, is located 200 meters to the northwest. The Tianqiaogou Group Tribe is evidence of the Japanese imperialist aggression in Northeast China after 1934, where forced relocation and consolidation of villages were carried out in the Changbai Mountain area. It is a site of a concentration camp-style tribal settlement used by the Japanese empire to enslave the Chinese people.

The border line is 22.5 kilometers long, and the region is situated between 41°22′30″ to 41°31′42″ north latitude and 128°8′ to 128°12′15″ east longitude. It borders Malugou Town to the east, is adjacent to Shisidao Town to the west, and faces the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea across the river to the south.
