The Jiulongfeng Mountain Villa Tourist Area in Jiaohe, Jilin Province, is situated in the former Jiaohe Longfeng Reservoir area in the northern part of Jiaohe City. It is 32 kilometers from downtown Jiaohe, 16 kilometers from Yujing Highway, and 18 kilometers from the Xinzhan exit of the Changchun-Hunchun Expressway, enjoying an exceptionally advantageous geographical location. The reservoir area of the Longfeng Drifting Resort covers a water surface of over 80 hectares, with the total river length spanning 10.5 kilometers. The drifting section features river widths ranging from 6 to 10 meters, with an average water depth of about 0.5 meters. The drops are moderate, offering both gentle stretches and fast-flowing rapids. The calm sections allow for a leisurely and relaxing experience, while the rapids provide thrills without real danger. Visitors ride on stable and comfortable rubber rafts with wide visibility, enabling them to enjoy the mountain scenery and the beauty of the water. Drifting downstream, the experience alternates between calm and exciting, offering a relaxing and enjoyable journey. The stream flows with thrilling yet safe energy, winding around mountains, with stones and trees interspersed along the way, each presenting its own unique charm.
The Longfeng Drifting Resort offers sightseeing opportunities in spring, summer, and autumn, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the scenic beauty of the distant mountains. In winter, ice sports and snow activities can be enjoyed. Guests can also savor distinctive pollution-free live fish from the Longfeng Reservoir and cold-water fish from the small river, as well as special farmhouse meals, including dishes such as pork rib stew with vermicelli, rustic chicken stewed with hazelnuts and vermicelli, rustic chicken stewed with vermicelli, and goose meat stewed with pickled vegetables.
