Huangsongdian Town is located in the eastern part of Jiaohe City, boasting superior geographical conditions, as well as notable ecological and locational advantages. The edible fungi eco-tourism park in Weiguang Village, Huangsongdian Town, is situated on the east side of National Highway 302, covering a total area of 12 hectares. There are 47 edible fungi growers in the park, collectively cultivating 1.88 million bags of black fungus, with a total output value of 4 million yuan and an income of 2 million yuan. It is currently the largest edible fungi technology demonstration park in the province.

In 2005, the state allocated special funds to support the construction of the Weiguang Village park. Within this year, the park will uniformly build 25 guardhouses, pave 1,000 meters of cement road, construct a 300-meter flood discharge channel, a 960-meter U-shaped channel, and 10 scientific mushroom greenhouses. It will also increase technological investment in edible fungi cultivation within the park. By expanding the base scale, the development of green food, organic food, and pollution-free food will be promoted. Through the development of circular economy, ecological industry will advance, and the growth of eco-tourism will elevate the park into a high-standard agricultural industrialization demonstration park that integrates science and technology, coordinated scale development, and tourism. The park has now taken initial shape. The village began developing toward tourism in 2004 by establishing a tourist sightseeing area.

Currently, the Weiguang Edible Fungi Science and Technology Demonstration Park has received over 13,000 visiting groups for tours, inspections, and tourism from both within and outside the region.
