Beijing Splendid Land is located in the scenic and easily accessible Haidian District. It boasts 120 hectares of high-quality land and has a registered capital of RMB 230 million.

Supported by five key technical disciplines—biotechnology, information technology, agricultural engineering, plant physiology, and animal nutrition—the company has developed three major pillar industries: animal husbandry, crop production, and sightseeing agriculture. The town government is headquartered at No. 29, Dongran Village, covering an area of 76 square kilometers with a population of 74,700.
