It is

originally built in 1644, the time when a large number of Hui people migrated to Jilin Province. Originally a thatched house, it underwent multiple renovations and gradually expanded in scale. It currently consists of three parts: the main prayer hall, lecture hall, and dining hall, all of which are of brick-and-wood structure with gray-tiled roofs. The tiles are adorned with animal-masked ornaments and various carved patterns. The mosque has been in continuous use for over 370 years and serves as the center for religious activities among the Hui community here.

Santao Township: Located 55 Chinese miles west of Yitong Manchu Autonomous County, Santao Township borders Dagushan Town to the east, Xiaogushan Town to the west, connects with Zuomin Township of Dongliao County to the south, neighbors Kaoshan Town to the northeast, and faces Erlong Lake in Liaoning Province’s Xifeng County to the northwest. Santao Township currently has 11 administrative villages, 65 natural villages, a total of 5,500 households, and a population of 21,500. It covers an area of 120 square kilometers, with 5,836 hectares of arable land (including 60 hectares of paddy fields). As a predominantly agricultural township, it usually yields around 50,000 tons of grain annually.
