Haidian Mosque
Haidian Mosque is a cultural tourism attraction.
Haidian Mosque is located west of West Zhalar Road in southern Haidian Town. It was first built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
The mosque covers an area of over 30 acres and is laid out in three courtyards. A vegetable garden lies to the north of the mosque, and a cemetery is located to the west. The prayer hall consists of three bays with a double-eave structure and a front porch. In front of the hall is a white marble terrace, and at the rear of the hall’s central section is a mihrab chamber. At the center of the roof is a single four-cornered square pavilion, designed in the architectural style of Islamic buildings. Three teaching halls, each three bays wide, are built on the north and south sides of the courtyard.
