Shenyang Heavy Industry Square, located in Tiexi District, Shenyang, is a public square designed for leisure and enjoyment. At its heart stands the themed sculpture "The Workers with Holding Drills," which depicts one of the most iconic symbols of Shenyang’s industrial heritage. Using an abstract and expressive artistic style, the sculpture portrays two steelworkers laboring diligently under a fluttering red flag that resembles a molten iron ladle.

To the south of "The Workers with Holding Drills," the main framework of a 70-year-old factory building complex from the former Shenyang Heavy Machinery Plant has been deliberately preserved and restored as a protective measure, forming the "Tiexi 1905 Creative Culture Park."
