Xinmin Cultural Expo Park was established and developed under the era's backdrop of building a new Xinmin and fostering great cultural prosperity. It is best known for its beautiful landscapes, numerous exhibition halls, and rich cultural content. It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a national agricultural tourism demonstration site, a social practice base for university students in Shenyang, and an agricultural practice base for primary and secondary school students, as well as a modern agricultural park in Liaoning Province, a provincial and municipal science education base, one of the most beautiful places in Liaoning, and has been awarded honors such as National Civilized and Honest (Window) Unit, Shenyang Outstanding Tourist Area, Civilized Unit of the Xinmin Municipal Party Committee and Government, and Shenyang Ecological Demonstration Garden.

The park covers an area of 400,000 square meters, featuring 10 major landscapes, 32 exhibition halls, and a 100-acre Agricultural Encyclopedia Garden for primary and secondary school students to visit and participate in hands-on activities.

Each hall showcases a unique culture and recreates a segment of history — diverse, informative, easy to understand, and thought-provoking.

Xinmin Cultural Expo Park has great potential for future development. Centered around the themes of promoting folk culture and protecting intangible cultural heritage, it aims to become the largest and only cultural park of its kind in China. It continues to improve and deepen its offerings. Shenyang San Nong Expo Park will be developed into a collection center, exhibition center, and education center for intangible cultural heritage, leading the way in showcasing ethnic culture and the charm of Chinese civilization.
