Jinzhou Children's Park is located on the north side of Shanghai Road, adjacent to Jiangxi Street to the east and Heping Road to the north. Covering an area of 3.3 hectares, it was first built in 1938 and was originally called Baiyun Park. After the liberation, it was renamed Jiefang Park, and in 1982, it became known as Children's Park. In 1999, the municipal government carried out a planned renovation of the park, transforming it into a well-designed, thoughtfully laid-out, high-end, and fully functional garden attraction. The main children’s leisure area features various carvings and a large musical fountain, filling the entire park with childlike fun, joy, innocence, and charm.
