SuiZhong Pagoda is a cultural tourism attraction.

SuiZhong Pagoda, Liaoning Province: Located at the southwestern tip of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, on the western shore of Liaodong Bay, downstream of the Liugou River. It was built during the Liao Dynasty. The pagoda has a total of 8 levels, stands 10 meters tall, and leans at an angle of 12 degrees—more than twice that of the Leaning Tower of Pisa—and remains standing to this day.
