Colorful Manor is located within Wangjia Town, Dawan County, bordered by Xianghai Avenue to the east, National Highway 305 to the west, Jianhai Road to the north, and Junnong Dry to the south. The overall planned area is 2,000 mu, with a proposed total investment of 150 million yuan. The park features supporting facilities such as vacation wooden cottages, a cultural activity square, a children’s amusement park, and a science education exhibition hall.
