"Heba" Scenic Area

The "Heba" Scenic Area is located in Shangkouzi Village, Xi'an Town, Dawan County. It is a key water-based entertainment project developed by Xi'an Town, leveraging the magnificent resources of the Da Liao River, covering an area of 600 acres. The area mainly includes five zones: the Water Recreation Zone, the "Rice Painting" Appreciation Zone, the Lotus Lake Appreciation Zone, the Water Chestnut Picking Zone, and the Comprehensive Service Zone.
