Shock factor off the charts: Junpin unveils a "Severed Arm Burger" just in time for the season

With Halloween approaching, Le Bar at Junpin Hotel is once again pushing the boundaries of visual impact. This year, they’ve introduced the "Severed Arm Burger," crafted with edible bread to form a terrifying severed arm shape—complete with a bone made from a pork rib with the bone still attached where the arm appears to be broken, delivering a shock factor that’s off the charts. As for the burger patty, it’s made from the ribeye cut with a 25% fat-to-75% lean meat ratio, hand-trimmed to preserve the meat’s fibers, and sliced to a thick 2 cm and a hefty 250 grams.

Additionally, the lunch and dinner buffet stations will feature eight Halloween-themed surprise desserts, including an “Black Widow Chocolate Tower,” “Evil Pumpkin Cheesecake,” “Citrus Chocolate Graveyard,” and “Resurrected Skull Cocoa Mousse,” all crafted into intricate and spooky designs.
