To show consideration for fairgoers, the Thai tourism booth is also offering massage services, provided by therapists from the renowned Thai spa RarnJinda Spa. Each session lasts about 10 to 15 minutes, with a daily limit of 200 people. To give visitors a deeper taste of Thai culture, the booth has also invited painters from Chiang Mai’s umbrella village to Taiwan. During the fair, they will offer personal item painting services, limited to 20 people per day. This weekend at 12:30 noon, small hand-painted paper umbrellas and pouches will also be given away on the booth’s mini stage.

This year, the Tourism Authority of Thailand designed the booth concept around 12 Thai towns including Loei, Lampang, and Surin, and collaborated with four travel agencies—Kaixin, Futaï, PAVE, and Lohas—to offer a variety of tour packages tailored to different groups such as independent travelers, groups, and graduating students. Examples include the “Four Days and Three Nights Thai Independent Tour,” featuring four nights at The Peninsula Hotel, starting at just NT$10,888 during the fair, with an additional free 7-day internet SIM card for those who sign up on-site; the Two Days and One Night Bangkok Independent Tour starts at NT$8,888 and includes stays at five-star hotels.
