Now you don’t have to queue up to enjoy America’s super-popular Garrett Popcorn in Japan. Starting November 17, 7-Eleven will begin selling the collaboration popcorn in the Kanto region. From November 24 onward, it will be available in areas such as Chiba, Koshinetsu, and Hokuriku. By December 1, it will be sold nationwide. The Garrett Popcorn x 7&i popcorn comes in cheese and milk caramel flavors, priced at 213 yen (tax included) per bag. The product has quickly become a hit with many travelers since its launch.

7&I Holdings is a major Japanese retail and distribution conglomerate, owning well-known brands such as 7-Eleven, Ito Yokado, Sogo, and Seibu Department Store. Many products beloved by Taiwanese travelers are the result of collaborations by 7&I with other companies. For example, Sekkisei, which is often sold out at Japanese 7-Elevens, is also available at Ito Yokado, which is part of the 7&I group, with ample supply and no worries about shortages. Ito Yokado is a popular shopping destination for everyday Japanese life, featuring a variety of in-house brands ranging from fresh produce and ready-made meals to clothing.
