1. Kaneko Hananosuke
Popular Japanese queue-worthy eatery “Kaneko Hananosuke” in Heaven N<专卖店已于11/10在微风台北车站开幕了！台湾分店提供的菜单不只有日本桥本店的“江户前天N<”，还有“上天N<”及“天N<”共3款人气美食，而江户前天N<中使用的“穴子(星鳗)”还是由日本进口，长度比手掌还要大。此外金子半之助最重要的秘制酱汁，也是由日本调制好再运送来台湾。

2. Tonichiya
In Japan, this affordable tonkatsu spot is known for its crispy pork cutlets<“豚一屋かつN<”，也进军台湾市场。首家店落脚于台南，已于9/25开幕。由于店家将制作的每个步骤都真实呈现在顾客眼前，在日本受到许多顾客青睐。开放式的厨房内，还可清楚看见师傅切肉、裹面粉，以及油炸等过程。

3. Yottoya
The Taiwanese flagship branch of Japan’s largest affordable tonkatsu chain “Yottoya” officially opened on August 8th. “Fast, delicious, and affordable” are Yottoya’s three pillars, which is why they’ve introduced the world’s only automated tonkatsu fryer to Taiwan—frying a pork cutlet in just 3.5 minutes and serving up a bowl of tonkatsu rice in 5 minutes.<。快速的出餐时间，加上百元亲民价格，主攻上班族消费市场。

4. Shizuoka Katsutoshi Japanese Pork Cutlet
Since its introduction to Taiwan in 2013, Shizuoka Katsutoshi Japanese Pork Cutlet has expanded to six branches within two years. A new branch at Miramar in Dazhi also opened on October 28th, while the Banqiao Big City branch launched on November 18th. In addition to limited-edition combo meals featuring premium pork cuts such as koshi, rosu, and TORO rosu, the menu also includes dishes made with Taitung herb-fed pork from the Huatung Valley. The Banqiao branch offers a sweet vinegar rosu cutlet hot pot meal using black vinegar from Fukushima Town, Kagoshima.

5. YAYOI (やよい) Restaurant
Taiwan’s 4th branch of the well-known Japanese chain restaurant YAYOI opened on October 22nd, located near Nanjing Sanmin MRT Station. The ordering system is unique, using tablets on the table. The menu is diverse, featuring items such as pork cutlets, Japanese teriyaki salmon, fried chicken, and sukiyaki, with mid-to-high pricing. The signature dish is the soft and chewy white rice, cooked with Japan-imported Kinme rice—truly impressive.

6.TSUKUMI
“TSUKUMI,” which features “ichiyazuke” (overnight dried fish) crafted by Kogashoten, a century-old renowned shop from Wakayama, Japan, opened on November 5th on the 4th floor of Breeze XinYi. In addition to the signature ichiyazuke dishes, it also combines Taiwan’s favorite seafood.<与釜饭料理，皆以定食的型态呈现，共有五大系列，每套380元起。一夜干御膳系列共有六款一夜干定食，分别是圆鳕下巴、喜知次鱼、竹荚鱼、鲭鱼、秋刀鱼及季节旬鱼，纪州备长炭一夜干定食，每客380～550元。
