The Taipei City Government Department of Information and Tourism, in partnership with friendly Taipei-based businesses, has jointly established seven Information Kiosks. Based on their locations, these kiosks offer services such as “local tourism consultation,” “walking maps,” and “Wi-Fi hotspots,” so you don’t have to worry about getting lost in the streets of Taipei. 1. Bufeitang Teahouse
Bufeitang Teahouse is a shop that blends culture with tea, aiming to integrate design into the art of tea—but not through luxury decor. Taipei Main Station is the transportation hub of Taipei—how could it not have an Information Kiosk? This one is located in the country’s largest and longest underground mall, the Taipei Underground Mall. Aside from getting tourism-related information here, there’s also a shopping street nearby where you can buy goods. The exits connect to three MRT lines and two train stations, as well as Taipei Main Station. After getting your info, you’ll find it super convenient to go anywhere.
