CaliBurger's second branch opens in Ximending, expected to debut in mid-December

Since its April opening, American-style burger chain CaliBurger has seen some controversy, but due to owner Vincent Zhao’s dedication to providing the best-quality burgers, customer traffic has been consistent. Now, over six months later, CaliBurger is set to open its second store, located in Ximending, and is expected to open in mid-December.

CaliBurger emphasizes using only the freshest ingredients—potatoes are hand-cut and fried to order. The burger patties are cooked with cheese placed on top to melt during grilling, resulting in a juicy beef-and-cheese fusion in every bite. Additionally, the patties aren’t overly compressed, which keeps them tender and juicy.
