Regent Hotel’s impressive Roasted Tomahawk Steak

For this year’s Western-style takeout New Year dishes, Regent Hotel’s chef team has specially introduced the bold and flavorful “American Roasted Tomahawk Steak” (NT$6,888). The Tomahawk steak, which requires three rounds of roasting to reach perfection, is about 5 cm thick, bone-in, and measures roughly 50 cm in length — a heavyweight grilled feast featuring three premium cuts: tender sirloin, juicy ribeye, and chewy T-bone. Paired with two refined sides — “Roasted Seasonal Vegetables” and “Crispy Baked Potatoes” — along with the chef’s special “Red Wine Sauce” and “Handmade Mustard Seed Sauce,” it highlights the rich and diverse flavors of the Tomahawk steak. The highly acclaimed “American Prime Roasted Ribeye Beef” (NT$6,888) will also remain a bestseller this year.
