Mandarin Airlines' evening flight from Taitung to Taipei ⟦11/1⟧ now offers freshly made Zhiben Lord Burger Sandwiches

To accommodate passengers on the evening Taitung-Taipei flight, Uni Air announced that starting November 1, its AE394 flight departing Taitung at 18:50 will serve freshly made sandwiches specially prepared by the executive chef of Zhiben Hotel Lobby in Taitung.

Starting November 1, Uni Air’s evening Taitung-Taipei flights will offer sandwiches made with pure fresh milk from Taitung’s Chulu Ranch, paired with uniquely flavored fresh fillings. Passengers can enjoy the delicious taste of local Taitung ingredients in the comfort of the cabin, experiencing Uni Air’s warm hospitality.

The Zhiben Hotel Lobby Sandwich uses fresh milk toast made from the pure, unpolluted milk of Taitung’s Chulu Ranch. The bread is handmade without added water, resulting in a delicate, chewy texture that is smooth and soft on the palate. Chulu Ranch is located on a highland plateau in Mingfeng Village, Beinan Township, and is the oldest large-scale tourist ranch in Taitung. Thanks to abundant rainfall and a mild climate, the healthy cows produce some of the freshest and most flavorful milk in Taiwan, making it one of the most locally distinctive foods in Taitung.
