A Happy Bear craze is about to sweep through Taipei！The “Happy Bear City Carnival” kicks off in Taipei on the 16th, and the event is being held at the Shilin Official Residence, expected to spark a bear-viewing craze！Among the participants is the teddy bear from ETtoday EBC News Cloud, who specially invites everyone to take photos of the “bear” you find the cutest and upload them tothe event page, for a chance to win super adorable teddy bear slippers～

Event description
Take a photo of any “Happy Bear City Carnival” bear and upload it to the event page. Each participant may submit unlimited entries, but only one entry per person can be selected as a winner.

Selection method
70% based on “online popularity” (number of likes on the event page), 30% internal staff selection.
A total of 15 winners will be selected, each receiving a pair of teddy bear slippers. Participating photos may be featured on the homepage of ETtoday EBC Travel Cloud and the ETtoday Travel Cloud fan page.

Winner announcement
To be announced on February 29, 2016 (105 year in Taiwan calendar) on the winner announcement page. Winners must send their real name and contact information via private message to the ETtoday Travel Cloud fan page by March 15 (inclusive). Those who fail to provide their name and contact information by the deadline will be considered to have forfeited their prize.
