The Linkou Mitsui Outlet features a semi-open layout, housing 220 brands and 16 dining outlets. It combines international, Japanese, and Taiwanese outlet brands, including 52 stores making their first entry into Taiwanese outlets, along with 56 shops offering fashion, food, and other retail and F&B options such as multi-brand boutiques—17 of which are Japanese brands opening their first Taiwan locations. Linkou Mitsui Outlet noted that since the soft opening, it has averaged about 10,000 daily visitors, with first-year revenue conservatively projected at NT$6 billion.
Looking ahead at future development in Taiwan, Linkou Mitsui Outlet stated that Mitsui Fudosan will continue to promote further investment and development projects in Taiwan. Beyond outlets, opportunities may arise for LaLaport, residential developments, hotels, logistics, and mixed-use facilities to enter the Taiwanese market. As for how it differs from Huatai Premium Outlets, Linkou Mitsui Outlet explained that it offers a diversified and multi-format retail collection, distinct from a pure shopping mall.
