Mitsui Outlet Park’s food street packed on opening day; KANEKO HANNOSUKE extremely popular

Mitsui Outlet Park MITSUI OUTLET PARK officially opened today (27th). While a few stores are still under construction, most brands have started operations, drawing even larger crowds than during the previous trial days. The food street, in particular, was bustling, with KANEKO HANNOSUKE and Udon Miyamoto Gifu Udon being the most sought-after. Long queues formed as early as opening until 3 PM, so those wanting to try these two must be prepared.

The food street has 14 shops, including ramen spot Hakata Nagahama Ramen, tsukemen (dipping noodles) shop Tsukemen Tama, and tenpura...<店金子半之助、自助式乌冬面宫武?岐うどん、海鲜N<森田屋、博多めんたい やまや食堂、张记海南鸡饭、湄南河、品川兰、豆花庄、bibim bap&korean bbq ママム、蛋包饭专卖店满天星、Dolthie 0Juicy Story0、OrangeCounty。

Between 12 PM and 2 PM, every eatery in the food street had a line, though lengths varied. The longest queue was for KANEKO HANNOSUKE, snaking from the counter all the way down—but since it's an order-and-pickup system without waiting for seating, wait times shouldn't be as long as at the Taipei Main Station branch. Meanwhile, the self-service udon spot Udon Miyamoto Gifu Udon has been a hit since the trial period, and even after peak dining hours, people were still lining up, though the queue moves steadily. Taiwanese diners also have a strong fondness for Japanese ramen, and Hakata Nagahama Ramen saw sizable lines too.
