Seoul’s popular queueing restaurant “Kongling One Chicken” (??岔哲谷宫) was reported last October to be coming to Taiwan. It was initially said that the opening would take place in November, but it has yet to open. The official Facebook page revealed on the 29th that the store will be located near the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station (Taipei Eastern District), though the exact opening time will only be announced after the Lunar New Year.

“One Chicken” is a must-try dish when traveling to Seoul, and Kongling One Chicken is one of the restaurants Taiwanese travelers must visit. Its sweet and savory broth pairs perfectly with tender chicken. You can also customize your bowl by adding chili sauce, minced garlic, and kimchi to cook in the pot according to your taste. In the end, you can pour white rice into the rich chicken soup to make congee.
