According to the UK’s Daily Mail, the triangular viewing platform is currently under intense construction. Its biggest selling point? Visitors must climb up steep flat stairs, with the endpoints of two of the triangle’s corners essentially suspended in mid-air.

This architectural structure is no simple feat, as it is being built at an altitude of 700 meters, making the transportation of construction materials a major challenge.
